Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Services

Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Services

The KMC Lease Administration team ensures that tenants are never over-charged by validating and verifying pass-though expenses especially for Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and Landlords do not miss out on expense recoveries that could have been billed back. We provide accurate audit of all past and current CAM charges along with other relevant operating expenses. KMC also anticipate future CAM pass-through obligations subject to changing terms, conditions or options.

Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Prices and Turn Around Time

Charges and turn around time for an Annual CAM reconciliation will vary based on the size of the property portfolio and the number of expenses that are passed through.
